Why is there a Lead Time for Graphics/Vinyl Orders?
All of our vinyl products are Made to Order, primarily to preserve vinyl shelf life as well as prevent timeline obscurity with items we may have in stock, or others we need to print, as well as allowance for any order requests, such as addition of logos, to be evaluated and implemented on the product.
What does ‘Made to Order’ mean?
We only produce Vinyl products after they have been purchased via the webstore. This helps us manage lead time in relation to our order volume, as well as reduce risk of waste by attempting to stock our vast inventory.
I only see ‘Standard Shipping’ at checkout. What is this and why is it that price?
Standard Shipping is our default domestic option for shipping orders. It is currently $10 per package, so long as it does not qualify as heavy goods. Because most of our products are not on shelf and ready to go, there would be no purpose in offering ‘quicker’ shipping methods, as calculating pricing for vinyl product shipping is not always easy.
Why was my shipping price higher/why was my order partial shipped?
We generally will only ship partial if there is a mix of product types, such as an EPX Pro (parts) and a Knightrunner Bed Kit (vinyl). The EPX Pro is stocked and tracked inventory while the Bed Kit is Made to Order. Not only do orders like this have shipping constraints due to packaging requirements, but they are actually fulfilled from two different locations. It is our policy that we default to partial shipping when applicable.
I ordered some parts, like an EPX Pro or Trailing Arms. How long will it take these to ship?
All in-stock parts orders will always ship next business day. When we are out of stock, you will not be able to place an order for it, but you will be able to sign up for our Back in Stock notification email instead!
Does SOR Racing offer custom wraps/decals?
Beyond basic requests like logo additions or the occasional color change, we do not offer custom services at this time. We love doing one-off and unique things for people, but it is also a huge time expense for us and it is hard to provide that service sustainably. Want something done, but aren’t sure if we’ll do it?
